He advises a growing portfolio of SMEs on bid positioning, evaluator-aligned writing, and pre-tender strategy, particularly within sectors such as education, health, and digital services. Luca is the architect of LaSila’s proprietary AIM Framework, used by clients to increase win rates and secure long-term public sector contracts.
